Here are some things to keep in mind:
- Know your body and assess when something doesn’t feel right
- Eat at regular intervals
- Avoid consuming too much sugar and fat
- Exercise at least twice a week
- Get your annual physical
- Reserve some time for yourself, for daily relaxation.
